ANTI – RAGGING COMMITTEE REPORT
In view of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Anti-Ragging Committee in our college, squad and committee were constituted immediately.
Every year at the commencement of the course, in their orientation programme, students are informed about anti-ragging prohibition and its regulations. An undertaking from each student and their parents is made mandatory and those evidences are filed up. The rules and regulations of the anti-ragging measures are displayed in the college and hostel campus. The Squad & committee members will monitor the students closely. The committee members & squad members’ mobile numbers are made known to the students in order to eliminate ragging in our college.
For this academic year, an awareness programme was conducted for both faculty and students about anti-ragging mobile apps. This session focused on the following aspects:
- How to download this app.
- How to login and register their complaints immediately.
- How to send the complaints to the concerned authorities for timely action.
- Installation of CCTV cameras in all directions.
